This is a stand-type opening gauge that receives the rotation amount of the gate hoist, such as that of a sluice gate, on the input shaft and directly indicates the gate opening on a large scale.
As a built-in transducer, it can combine up to two synchro transmitters or potentiometers. Up to six limit switches can be built in. The opening degree can be output as a DC 4-20mA current signal. Depending on the input conditions, it can incorporate a high-precision reduction gear with a maximum ratio of 1/200. The terminal block can accommodate M3 to M4 screws and can be built in with up to 40 points.

This is our flagship model of the aperture meter, which achieves high-precision and compact aperture detection through our unique technology. The APC mechanism constantly controls the counterweight to the optimal position, maintaining a constant tension in the messenger wire to ensure stable and high detection accuracy. By using a 4mm diameter wire for the messenger wire, it experiences minimal elongation, resulting in high precision. It can also incorporate various signal converters such as A/D-RS converters and synchro transmitters, making it ideal as a remote measurement aperture transmitter. Additionally, it can be equipped with a dial-type scale that directly indicates the gate aperture through a built-in mechanical indication mechanism.

The "MSGM-10 Series" is a magnetostrictive level gauge that directly detects the opening degree with a detector that moves in conjunction with gate operation. When updating the conventional magnetic scale level gauge, it is possible to reuse the level measurement plate (aluminum frame) by standardizing the shape of the detector.
